He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Herrin; his son Gary Deloy Herrin; his parents, Thomas Herrin and Bertha Herrin; and his brother James Herrin.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Herrin (Laura), Patrick Herrin of Purvis, MS and Ann Jones (Martin) of Purvis, MS; and his siblings, Elaine Knight of Wiggins, MS, Dianne Herrin, Cindy Martin, Gerald Herrin of Purvis, MS and Perry Herrin of Tennessee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
