He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Smith (Megan) of Nashville, TN, Shelby Smith and Shane Smith of Baton Rouge, LA.; and his siblings, Patti Smith of Union, Randy Smith of Collinsville and Jimmy Smith of Philadelphia Survived. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great grandchildren.
