Ellis Smith Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Douglas and Elnora "Peewee" Smith (Lewis); and his brother Terry Joe Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith; his children, Gwen Shepherd, Jeff Smith and Adam Smith (Deidra); his grandchildren, Joshua Teck, Caleb Teck, Kristin Miller, Kellie Smith, Donovan Smith, Chase Shepherd and Paul Smith; and his siblings, Evelyn Parker, David Smith (Donna), Billy Rex Lewis (Debbie) and Gayle Frizzel (Allen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church of Purvis, MS or the American Lung Association.
