It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Dubose of Purvis, Mississippi, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence "Punchie" Dubose; her daughter Dorothy Gail Harvey; her grandson Wesley Harvey; and her siblings, Lavon, James, Mylon Martin and Lucille Thompson.

She is survived by: her son Alton Dubose (Susan) of Purvis, MS; and her siblings, Katherine Stover of Purvis, MS, Ellis Martin (Katie May) and Willis Martin (JoAnn) of Purvis, MS. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
