He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Gladys Campbell, Sr. (Saucier); his daughter Suzanne Chambliss Waltman; his sisters, Ann Jackson and Sue Cook; and his sister-in-law Martha Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Campbell (Neal); his daughter Sally; his sons-in-law, Paul McKean, Sr. and Bryan Waltman; his siblings, Bill Bishop and Jean Simmons (Ed); his brothers-in-law, Bob Jackson and J. L. Cook; his grandchildren, Cody, Brittney, Davey and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Beau and Sterling. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
