He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hensleigh and Edna Hensleigh; his brothers, James Hensleigh, Walt Hensleigh and John Hensleigh; and his former wife Frances Hensleigh.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Dial Hensleigh of Purvis; and his children, Martha Toland (Jimmy) of Purvis, David Hensleigh (Carolyn) of Lineville, AL, Sarah Pylant (Guy) of Purvis, Elizabeth Chance (Wayne) of Purvis, Deborah Lazenby (Steve) of Purvis and Jonathan Hensleigh (Laura) of Purvis. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
