Chadrick Wilson Hannaford Obituary

Chadrick Wilson Hannaford, aged 45, of Purvis, MS passed away at home on March 2nd, 2023. He was born November 8, 1977 to Benny and Sherri Hannaford in Hattiesburg, MS. He worked as a Rig Maintenance supervisor for Noble Drilling for most of his career along with being a jack of all trades.

Chad grew up in Purvis, MS where he enjoyed hunting, camping, and most of all spending time with his grandkids and family. Together with his wife Bobbie, they raised their two children Richard Courtney and Kadie; Bramlett.

Chad lived life to the fullest and made friends everywhere he went. He was a loving husband and father, a loved son and brother, and a dedicated and adoring "Poppy", "Poppa Bear", and "Uncle Chad".

He is Preceded in death by (maternal) grandparents Lonnie W. Smith and Ada A. Smith, (paternal) Ralph L. Hannaford and Mary Nell Hannaford, uncle Mack A. Smith, and sister-in-law Lynn Reid.

Chad is survived by a loving wife, Bobbie Hannaford of Purvis. Two children, Richard Courtney of Purvis, Kadie Bramlett (Beau) of Hattiesburg. Mother and Father, Benny and Sherri Hannaford of Purvis.

Sister Kristi Purvis (Phillip) of D'iberville. Brother Josh Hannaford (Becky) of Purvis. Grandchildren Gavin, Redding, and Boston. A host of nieces and nephews, 2 great nephews and countless friends.

A celebration of Chad's life will be held on March 6 th , 2023, with visitation beginning at 10AM at Grace Covenant Church. Funeral to follow at 2PM at Pleasant Home Cemetery. All are welcome.
