He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Jay Shultis; and his son John Gautreaux. He is survived by: his wife Susan Schaller Shultis of Purvis; his daughters, Cathy Shultis Fitch of Houma, LA, Crystal Henley (Nicholas) of Saucier, Sandra Summers of Ocean Springs and Misti Freeman of Gulfport; his grandchildren, Mitch, Tyler, Dylan, Devin, Breanna, Carter, Brook and Becca; his sister Kim Shultis of Grayson, LA; and his friends, Kenny Pitre and Mike Garrity. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
