She was predeceased by: her husband Zachary Taylor Womack; her parents, Ocie Tanner and Mae Posey Tanner; her siblings, Dan Tanner, Doris Turnbow, Virginia Little and Mary Hesta Rasberry; her great grandchild Miles Taylor Culver; and her son-in-law Kevin Spong.
She is survived by: her children, Wendell Taylor Womack (Pam) of Louisville and Sherri Womack Spong of Puckett; her grandchildren, Wendi Culver (Chris), Zach Stover, Taylor Womack, Holly Taylor (Andy), Dana Rankin (Joal) and Amy Ellzy (Richie); her great grandchildren, Gibson Culver, Bailee Taylor, Ben Taylor, Beckett Ellzy, Easton Rankin and Gray Rankin; her brother John Wesley "Buddy" Tanner (Shirley) of Bush, LA; and her close friend Tootsie Purvis. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
