He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis, Sr. Scarbrough and Eloise Scarbrough. He is survived by: his wife Martha Scarbrough of Preston; his sons, Chris Scarbrough (Donna) of Collinsville, Allen Scarbrough (Nicole), Philadelphia and Ethan Scarbrough (Adrienne) of DeKalb; his grandchildren, Kristan Scarbrough, Chris Scarbrough, Trey Scarbrough III, Lane Scarbrough and Peyton Scarbrough; his stepgrandson Mason Miles; and his siblings, Jackie Dempsey, Kathy Dutton, Ray, Willis, Jr. and Tim Scarbrough. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to ALS Foundation, or Gideons International.
