He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Bertha Clark; his sister Quida Clark; and his sister-in-law Sue Ann Burcham. He is survived by: his wife Exie; his children, Mary "Liz" Clark and Jerry Clark; his great grandchildren, Emmalee Starnes, Avery Jones, Kaden Jones, Paxton Smith, Saylor Smith and Sawyer "Buddy" Smith; his sister Geraldine Hester; and his cousin Jackie Nichols (Ann) of Byhalia. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
