In the vast expanse of eternity, Susan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Susan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Speights and Willie Agnes Polk Speights; her children, Amanda Gail Todd and Clint Todd; her grandson Christian Liam Whitley; and her siblings, Rebecca Doris Borger, Martha Faye Speights and Harry Speights.
She is survived by: her close friend Walker Hendrix of Hattiesburg; her grandchildren, Peyton Todd of Petal and Nathan Whitley (McKinley) of Brandon; and her sister Kitty Berteau (Gary) of Carson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel (2714 Columbia Ave, Prentiss, MS 39474). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
