He was predeceased by: his daughter Brooke Upton Lott; and his mother Peggy Tuma. He is survived by: his father Roger Dale; his stepmother Linda Upton of Silver Creek; his siblings, Craig Upton (Kimberly) of Laurel and Theresa Bass (William) of Silver Creek; his grandsons, Sutton and Sawyer Lott of Seminary; his niece Kaylee Upton of Hattiesburg; and his nephews, Ryan Upton of Hattiesburg and Micah Upton of Laurel.
