With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Johnson (Prentiss, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 8, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Morse and Marie Lowery Morse; and her sister Sharon Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Bill H. Johnson of Prentiss; her children, Susan Hicks (Mike) of Hallsville, TX, Ellen Perdue of Bossier City, LA, Mary Martha Churylo (Scott) of Hickory, Jennifer Morgan (Ken) of Hickory, Loyd Patton (Angela Hamlet) of Keithville, LA, Dan Maples (Denise) of Mooringsport, LA and Bill Johnson, Jr. of Jackson; her sister Jewel Marie Lowrey of West Monroe, LA.; her grandchildren, Samantha Raines (Josh), Stephanie Hicks, Jessica Perdue, Brittany Perdue, Brooke Morgan, Kenlynn Morgan, Aaron Patton, Hunter Rowsey (Ben), Emily Maples, Skylar Fuller, Mac Henry Morgan, Kaley Maples, Joey Churylo, Caroline Morgan and Jake Maples; and her great grandchildren, Destin Cook, Kelsey Cook, Aiden Haltom, Alayna Manning, Cameron Andrews, Kristie Andrews and Kiana Fuller.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel (2714 Columbia Ave, Prentiss, MS 39474). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at the Johnson Family Cemetery.
