We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2025, at the age of 88, Ruth M. Bayles of Prentiss, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy McNeese and Exer Carson McNeese; her husband Cecil E. Bayles; her son Steven M. Bayles; and her siblings, Bud McNeese and Irene McNeese.
She is survived by: her children, Scott M. Bayles (Melissa) of Brandon, Sandra Amato (Joe) of Lutcher, LA and Terri Speights of Prentiss; her siblings, Gerald McNeese of Prentiss, Judy Tagert of Columbia and Sue Polk of Carson; and her grandchildren, Christy Ainsworth (Jason) of Sumrall, Amanda Roussel (Lynn) of Paulina, LA, Bessie Russell (Jake) of Monticello, Kyle Bayles of Brandon, Joseph Amato (Brooke) of Lutcher, LA and Kelsey Bayles of Brandon, MS. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel (2714 Columbia Ave, Prentiss, MS 39474). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Dublin Cemetery.
