He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Luebke and Ruby Irene Hall Luebke; his daughter Ruby Ann Luebke; and his sister Margaret Jacobson. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Luebke of Carson; his children, William Ray Luebke (Doris) of Clarksville, TN, Raymond Benjamin Luebke (Kimberly) of Careyville, OH, Theresa Joann VanDine (Joe) of Mansfield, OH, Pamela Sue Orso of Pembroke, MA and Roberta Marie Kitchens of Carson; and his brother Mark Herrington (Fay) of Silver Creek. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
