He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Wayne Thompson and William Thompson; his brother William Wayne "Billy" Thompson; and his sister-in-law Wanda Thompson. He is survived by: his siblings, Lana Franzalia (Chuck) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL and Bobby Thompson; his nephews, Jeremy and Joel (Jonnie); his great-nephew Alec of Purvis; his niece Danielle Staver (Matt); and his great-nieces, Layla Marie of Niceville, FL. and Lily Rose of Niceville, FL..
