He is survived by: his wife Mary Walker of New Hebron, MS; his children, Larry Walker of Vicksburg, MS, Sheran Watkins of Gulfport, MS and Demetrice Bell of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Eddie Walker of Chicago, IL, L. T. Walker of Silver Creek, MS, W. T. Walker of New Hebron, MS, George Walker of Prentiss, MS, Vera McLaurin of New Hebron, MS, Martha Jean Mallory of New Hebron, MS, Corrine Walker of New Hebron, MS, Kim Virgil and Fort. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
