She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Kutinac and La Vern Matejka Kutinac; her daughter Deborah Mary DeWolf; and her brother Steven Kutinac. She is survived by: her husband Raymond DeWolf of Prentiss; her daughters, Linda Williams (Edward) of Iowa City, IA and Sandy Smith of DeQueen, AR; her grandchildren, Sarah Smith of DeQueen, AR and Michael DeWolf (Breigh) of Melborne, Australia; her great grandchildren, Reilly, Shelby and Gemma; and her brothers, Robert Kutinac (Donald Kutinac) of Freemont, WI, Good, Danny and LuWanna Mullins (Carol Kerinko). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
