He is survived by: his siblings, Andrew Louis Polk (Jeanie) of Columbia, Robert Dennis and Carolyn Faye Young (LeRoy) of Columbia, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Polk of Carson and Barbara Davis of Prentiss.
