With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Allen Flynt (Prentiss, Mississippi), who passed away on July 31, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldry Thomas Flynt and Delia Herrington Flynt; and his siblings, Marge Cloer and George Flynt. He is survived by: his wife Janice Kelly Flynt; his children, Kelly (Jennifer Flynt), Tim (Sherri Flynt) and Jennifer; his son-in-law Chad Teater of Magee; his son Allen; his daughter-in-law Jessi Flynt of West Point; his grandchildren, Coach, Ethan, Joshua, Tyler Flynt of New Hebron, Hannah, Hayden, Halle Flynt of Huntington, Texas, Austin, Lauren, Drew Teater of Magee and Tanner; his caregiver Fannie Dora Moore; and also, Evan Flynt, Joshua Flynt, Tyler Flynt, Hayden Flynt, Austin Teater, Drew Teater and Tanner Flynt.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mississippi Fellowship of Christian Athletes Organization or Mississippi Baptist Children Village.
