He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Lynn Puckett, II; his sister Martha Lynn Puckett; and his father-in-law Kent Boleware. He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann Brock Puckett; his wife Cindy B. Puckett of Prentiss; his sister Kimberly Ann; his mother-in-law Frances Boleware; his siblings-in-law, Tammy Bush (Buster) and Johnny Kent Boleware, Jr. of Petal; and his nieces and nephews, Johnna Rayborn, Chloe Lily Boleware, John Henry Rayborn, Logan Rail and Jake Rail.
