He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Cole Rush of Prentiss and Chellie Rush of Wanilla; his brother Joe Rush (Dannell) of Prentiss; and his grandchildren, Callie and Matthew. He is also survived by loving partner for many years before becoming his wife.
