It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grover C. Cato (Prentiss, Mississippi), who passed away on January 12, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Rena Mae Cato; his children, Dewayne Cato of New Hebron, MS, Frelix Cato of Milton, FL, Greg Cato of Hattiesburg, MS, DeMonica Brown of New Hebron, MS and Tracey Buckley of New Hebron, MS; and his siblings, McKenneth Cato of Byram, MS, Darrius Cato of New Hebron, MS and Mary P. Stewart of Silver Creek, MS. He was also cherished by grandchildren: 14; great-grandchildren.
