We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2020, at the age of 89, Ethel Ray Butler (Prentiss, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ethel Butler and Susie Lee Butler; his wife Margie Hall Butler; and his brother J. W. Butler. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Slack (Bill) of Kathleen, GA and Mary Welch (Darrell) of Magee; his grandchildren, Trever Slack, Jared Slack and Danielle Darden; his great grandchildren, Bryant Slack, Samuel Slack and Jeb Ray Slack; and his siblings, Hazel Bridges of Prentiss, Irma Mae McInnis of Mt. Olive, Inez Hall of Mt. Olive and Vernon Butler of Mt. Olive. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Phalti Baptist Church.
