He is survived by: his wife Shirley Burnham; his children, Robin Douglas (Ray), Marsha Hays (David) and Jonathan Burnham (Angie); his grandchildren, Sam Burnham, Hannah Douglas, Zoe Hays, Aubrey Douglas, Jasper Hays, Maya Hays, Allie Burnham, Sawyer Hays, Micah Burnham, Ava Hays, Eve Hays, Levi Hays and Ellyanna Hays; and his brothers, Monroe Burnham and Guy Junior Burnham.
