She was predeceased by: her parents, Needom Lockhart and Millie Lockhart; her husband Jack Berkhalter; her son Jerry Lockhart, Sr.; her grandchildren, Adrain "Taeon" Davis, Alexis "Lexie Bee" Berkhatler, Gregory Lott, Yatasha Johnson and Renada Taylor; and her siblings, Lillie Mae Richardson, Rosie Lee Brown, Mary Walker, Baby Ruth Buckley, Iris Sims, Annie Mae Lockhart, Bettie Lou Strickland, N. L. Lockhart, S. L. Lockhart, Johnny Lockhart and Junior Lockhart.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Berkhalter Davis of Prentiss, MS, Larry Berkhalter (Mildred) of Mendenhall, MS, Bobby Earl (Brenda) of Prentiss, MS, James Berkhalter (Ellen) of Pearl, MS and Billy Ray Berkhalter of Prentiss, MS.; and her siblings, Edith Blake of Rockford, IL and Joe Lockhart of Tucson, AZ.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.
