She is survived by: her children, Sheila Smith Ward (Mickey) of Jacksonville, FL, Kenneth L. Smith (Pam) of Oakvale and Mikell L. Smith (Teresa) of Monticello; and her grandchildren, Kristen Troy, Bobby L. Smith, Kendra L. Smith, Deanna J. Parker, Shelly J. Saul, Nicole Jensen and Daniel Smith. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
