It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Stanton of Potts Camp, Mississippi, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stanton; his children, Doug Stanton (Marcella) of Hernando, MS, Brian Stanton of Corinth, MS and Stephanie Stanton Smith of Senatobia, MS; his stepsons, Scott Mansel (Jennifer) of Hickory Flat, MS and Neil Mansel (Paula) of Hickory Flat, MS; and his sisters, Joyce Clifton of Potts Camp, MS, Irene Pipkin of Hickory Flat, MS and Rachel Vanzant of Hickory Flat, MS. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
