He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Westmoreland and Lena Bumpas Westmoreland. He is survived by: his wife Reber Martin Westmoreland; his daughter Paula Mansel (Neil) of Potts Camp; his siblings, Shirley Brandon of Potts Camp and James "Johnny" Westmoreland of Potts Camp; and his grandchildren, Coutrney Howell Caldwell, Jessica Caldwell, Zach Caldwell and Zack Guelker. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
