He is survived by: his mother Lois Young Culver of Waterford, MS; his close friend Stacey Lane of Potts Camp, MS; his children, James Gilmer, Jr. (Hailey) of Hickory Flat, MS, Kealan Lane, Jr. (Abby) of Potts Camp, MS, Marilyn Culver-Hunter (Jason) and Lacey Gilmer of Potts Camp, MS; and his siblings, Audie Culver (Hannah) of Ashland, MS and Alice Culver Joyner (Trever) of Waterford, MS.
