He is survived by: his wife Delores Nevels; his stepchildren, Adrian Ward (April) and Danyelle Ward (Larry); and his siblings, Brenda Scott (George), Effie House (Steve), Rose Mary Nevels, Richard Nevels (Sondra) and Aldis Nevels (Tabatha). He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren, 15 nieces and nephews, 20 great-nieces and great-nephews.
