He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry M. Trim, Sr. and Emma Louise Monk Trim; his son Ricky Trim; and his brothers, Jerry Trim and Wayne Trim.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Trim; his sisters, Dorothy Landrum (Elton) of Laurel, MS, Joyce Marie Charrier of Sheridan, AR, Ida Perkins (James) of Vicksburg, MS and Jean Williams of Foxworth, MS; and his grandchildren, Zack Trim and Nathan Trim.
