He was predeceased by: his mothers, Dale Wilson, Jr. and Mary Jane Wilson; and his brother Dale Jennings Wilson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Guthrie Wilson; his daughter Nancy Jane W. Bowers (Freddie); his grandchild Brodie of Jonesboro; his daughter Donna W. Wimberly (Rhett); his grandchildren, Georgia Kate, Rhett, Adeline and Judith of Eunice, Louisiana.; and also Fred.
He volunteered with the Port Gibson Fire Department, and worked to improve the facilities at Claiborne Educational Foundation as well as at the swimming pool on Drake Hill and was an active member of the Mosswood Country Club.
