He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Baria, Sr. and Addie M. Baria; and his significant other Linda Hurt. He is survived by: his daughter Denise Nicole Cogsdell (Chris) of Mobile; his siblings, Wayne Baria (Darlene) of Mobile, Martha Berrigan (Ricky) of Poplarville, Shirley Roton (Pat) of Bainbridge, Dianne Cook (Tommy) of Mobile and Babs Gilbert of Lucedale; and his grandchildren, Sidney Byrd, Blakeley Byrd, Nathan William Jenkins and Seth Jenkins.
