He is survived by: his parents, Frank and Barbara Howell, Jr.; his brother Cameron Howell; his grandparents, Frank Howell, Sr. and Danny Besancon, Sr.; his aunts and uncles, Mary Howell, Kim Bryan (Steve), Rusty Besancon (Anita) and Anthony Bracoto (Amanda); and his cousins, Zachary Howell, Ashley Prewitt (Matthew), Monique Penton (Brad), Jacob Besancon and Jessie Besancon.
