She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Joseph Wormser; her children, Carmen Wormser, Alex Wormser (Nikki) and Anthony Wormser (Isabelle); her siblings, Donnie Carter, Ricky Carter, Sharon Spurlock, Tammy Harris and Karen Gamet; and her grandchild Shay-Lyne Michelle Wormser.
