It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ruth Phelps (Poplarville, Mississippi), who passed away on June 6, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Henry Phelps, Shirlene Davis, Virginia Head, Gail Tynes, Nadine Hodge and Charlene Ladner.

She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Andrews of Ruthie Keller; and her siblings, O'Brien Hodge, Peggy Smith and Linda Alexander.
