She is survived by: her husband Dr. Joseph Gardner; her children, Dr. Jason Gardner (Hope) and Lisa Dale (Todd); her sister Kathy Setterman (Don); and her grandchildren, Sarah Gardner, Davin Gardner, Caelan Dale and Declan Dale.
