He is survived by: his wife Vickie Spiers; his sons, Yancy Spiers, Keith Spiers (Deana) and Cody Spiers (Tiffany); his brother Billy Spiers (Jean); his grandchildren, Drew Earnest, Dustin Hinton, Brittany Spiers, Krysten Formby, Alysa Spiers, Cayden Spiers, Shaylynn Spiers and Chloe Creel; and his great grandchildren, Kash Owen, Dreycen May and Kayson Jeffcoat. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
