She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kepper and Betty Gillihan; her son Eric Neese; her sister Teresa Harvard; and her brother-in-law Jack Foster (Teddy).
She is survived by: her husband Leo Foster; her daughters, Cathy Cook (Will), Amy Linton and Kayla Gilberti (Robert); her siblings-in-law, Burnice Havard and Gayle Taylor (Jim); her grandchildren, Tiffany Jones, Brandt Linton, Anna Laurie Linton and Gianna Gilberti; and her great grandchildren, Seth Odham and Waylon Odham.
