She is survived by: her husband Charles Smith; her children, Winter Phelps (Robert), Justyn Smith (Alyssa), Cole Smith, Timothy Smith (Carissa) and Krystal Snyder (Kason); her parents, Carol Cole and Harrel Cole; her siblings, Merry, Keryn and John-Paul; and her grandchildren, Randall Smith, Cheyenne Smith, Isaiah Smith, Tyler Phelps and Paisley Phelps.
