He was predeceased by: his parents, Scooby Reid and Lena Reid; his wife Bunny Reid; his daughter Melanie Suzanne Nestle; and his brother Lesley Reid.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Wayne Reid, Ashley Lanette Cockerham and Shawna Simpson; his grandchildren, Halie Nestle, Sydney Nestle, Thomas, Emily, Leah, Benjamin Cockerham and Taylor Simpson; and his nephew Charlie Grimsley.
