She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dudley Graham and Irena Stanford Graham; her husband B. W. "Blackie" Seay, Jr.; and her siblings, Luke Graham, Aubrey Graham, Delphia Russ, Eldridge Graham, Richard Graham and Otis Graham.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Bosworth (Bill) and Janet Aube; and her granddaughter Andrea Aube.
