He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; his son Billy; his grandchildren, Caprice and Simon; and his siblings, Louise Mae of Frances, Ella Mae, Cecil, Brother and Bill.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny, Ruthie (Strother), Neva (Greg) and Bryan; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Strother Lee, Jr., Zachary, Jeremy, Shawna, Sarah Jane, David and Brittany; and his siblings, Margie of Trudy, Kay, Gene and Carl.
