He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Billie Ruth Parker; his parents, Aaron Parker and Sadie Mae Alexander; and his brother Charles Parker. He is survived by: his wife Lottie Wood Parker; his stepson James Poole (Kelly); his daughters, Stacy Polk (James) and Melissa Powe (Chris); his stepdaughter Angel Dillon (Lee); and his brothers, Willy "Bill" Earl Parker, Sr. and N. D. Parker (Faye). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
