He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Faye and Joyce Bennett Faye; his wife Mary Faye; and his brothers, Hayward Faye, Roger Faye and JB Faye.
He is survived by: his daughters, April Smith (Kenneth) and Mary Ross (John); his siblings, Steve Faye, Pat Mitchell and Margie Golden; and his grandchildren, Brandon Zoll, Carly Zoll, Katie Shavers, Barbara Smith and Samantha Smith.
