He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Howell and Myrtle Howell (Granger); his siblings, Ann McLin, Judy Dunne, John (Bud) and Ernest Howell; and his grandson Tanner Chase Howell.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Howell and Frank Jr Howell (Barbara); his grandsons, Cameron and Zack Howell; and his siblings, Thelma Lambert, Callie Reid, Helen Jenkins (Leroy) and David Earl (Vanessa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
