She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Phillip, Doris Boone, Ray and Merle Hurtt; and her sister April Spradley.

She is survived by: her parents, Phillip "Timmy" Boone and Cynthia "Cindy" Boone; her son Dakota Ryan Boone; and her siblings, Vince Spradley (Stephanie), Shawna Loper (John) and Lisa Langley.
