She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Herrington and Elizabeth Lassetter Herrington; and her sister Jane Herrington Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. "Bob" Applewhite Sr.; her children, Pamela LaHaye (Kirk) and Robert W. "Woody" Applewhite Jr.; her grandchildren, Natalie Elizabeth LaHaye and Nicholas LaHaye (Aimee); and her great grandchild Lucas James LaHaye.
